Deposit
For all our holidays abroad, a deposit of just £100 per person will be required to confirm a place and the balance will become due 10 weeks prior to the start date of the holiday.
Cancellations or Refunds
Any payments, having been received by us, cannot normally be refunded or transferred in the event that you cannot for any reason attend or complete the holiday; we therefore strongly advise appropriate travel/holiday/cancellation insurance. If however, for whatever reason, and in the unlikely event that we have to cancel or alter any holiday a full refund of all monies received by us will be made or an alternative similar holiday will be offered in lieu.
Surcharges
Most airlines today sell tickets to favour early bookings. Our inclusive holiday prices published on this web site and in our brochure reflect this policy. We buy your air tickets as soon as is practical from the time of your confirmed booking. We regret that late increases in air fares and fuel surcharges, if applicable, are beyond our control and, if imposed may have to be passed on, but if so you will be advised of any increase at the time of booking and can decline to book at that stage.
Inclusive Cost of Flights
Where flights are included, we normally arrange these from London Gatwick and the price of the holiday is based on this. Should Gatwick not be a convenient airport for you, or if you prefer to make your own travel arrangements, we will make an allowance of £120 off the holiday cost.
When confirming a booking, please ensure that we have a contact telephone number; this is very important and also, please advise us of any special needs.
All information that you submit to Andrew John is treated in the strictest confidence and will not be used for any purpose other than to supply you with details of the holidays and purchases available from Andrew John Studio.
The above terms do not affect your statutory rights.
